Our Mission
At Lamacchia Autism Services, our mission is to deliver exceptional behavioral analysis for children with autism. We strive to empower families through personalized treatment plans and effective training.
Owner and BCBA
Michelle, M.S. Ed., BCBA, LABA
Michelle has worked as a severe special education teacher in public schools for the past 26 years and has held BCBA certification for the past 10 years. Michelle started her private practice in March of 2025.

Lamacchia Autism Services will interview parents and observe the client to determine the function of concerning behaviors. Behaviors to increase as well as decrease will be identified. In addition, skills assessments will be used to identify strengths and weaknesses. Assessments help us to create meaningful short- and long-term goals.

Family training will give caregivers the tools, confidence, and strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and to manage challenging behaviors.

Treatment plans will be created based on the client's areas of needs and will incorporate the client's preferences when working to develop communication, social, and daily living skills, as well as decreasing challenging behaviors.
